Herbal teas are used to heal and promote well-being. Each tea is unique in the type of conditions it helps though the brewing of each tea is generally similar. Generally you should steep in boiling water, and leave to sit for three to five minutes. Unlike green, oolong and black teas, it is usually recommended that you limit the number of cups of tea you have each day. Also, herbal teas may have side-effects, depending on the type of herb used.
