Original red Rooibos tea, as it is naturally harvested and prepared straight from South Africa. This earthy, nutty flavoured natural tea is full of health benefits. Also ideal to use as a base for making your own blended and flavoured teas — or it can be enjoyed on its own. For added taste, try following the traditional South African way of making it: Boil a kettle of water, add the rooibos leaves to it and allow the kettle to simmer all day — refilling with fresh water and more tea as needed.
To Brew: 1 teaspoon per cup. Water temperature — boiling. Allow to steep for 5 to 6 minutes minimum in order to bring out the most flavour.
