Placing your Order
To place an order: Simply add the desired items to your shopping cart using the "add to cart" button on its individual product page. You may change quantities by entering a desired number and hitting the 'recalculate' button.
To remove an item: Simply set the quantity to zero and hit the 'recalculate' button..
To complete your order: Once complete, hit the 'checkout' button.
All orders placed by you are subject to acceptance by us and we will confirm such acceptance to you by e-mail. If we are unable to accept your order (e.g. in the rare case of a stock out or removal of a promotional stock item), we will contact you promptly by email, telephone or mail to inform you.
The prices for any goods will be as quoted, inclusive of GST (where applicable) and in Australian Dollars ($AUD). Prices are subject to change. Delivery costs are not included.
Sale and promotional prices are valid for the time period specified or until stocks last (whichever is earlier).
Full payment of the order is required before the order will be completed and your goods can be despatched.
Robyn Lee Tea accepts the following payment methods: * Visa * Mastercard Paypal and EFT. Unfortunately we do not accept money orders or personal cheques.
Robyn Lee Tea can process refunds, replacements and exchanges only for items directly purchased from and fulfilled by Robyn Lee Tea. We would be happy to provide refund or replacement in the event that:
- There is a breach of product packing: if the packaging is damaged during transit and exposes the product causing leakage or in the case of tea ware, the product is damaged in transit.
- There is an error in delivery: We send you the wrong product
Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order to arrange for a return and refund your money upon receiving the return merchandise. Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging.
Note: We will refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
Please contact Robyn Lee Tea via email at email@example.com to cancel an order. Cancelations can only be accepted on current stock merchandise prior to dispatch. You can contact Robyn Lee Tea Monday to Friday 10am to 5pm. Outside these hours, you will be able to leave a message and will be contacted the following working day.
Cancelation of Orders by Robyn Lee Tea
We reserve the right to cancel your purchase if:
- We have reason to believe that the credit card details entered by you at the time of purchase were fraudulently obtained, or declared stolen prior to our dispatch of your order.
- We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered;
- One or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.
If we do cancel your order, we will contact you via email and offer two alternatives options: select an alternate product of equal value, or receive a refund equal to the unfulfilled part of your order.
Delivery of Goods
Australian orders are usually shipped within two business days, unless the items is out of stock. If the item is out of stock we will contact you to let you know the expected date it will be in stock. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays. Items available for international shipping may take 4-5 days before being shipped.
If a shipment is delayed or does not reach you, please be aware that once we lodge a lost package form Australia Post requires a 30-day wait before they declare the parcel lost. Until this happens we are not able to receive any insurance payments or refunds on shipping. All packages sent receive a tracking number, if the tracking number shows the item has been delivered we are no longer responsible for the item.
We will use all reasonable endeavors to ensure that delivery is made within 7 days of payment being received by us. You agree and acknowledge that we do not guarantee we will meet any delivery date and we will not be liable for any loss or damage, however it arises, if the goods are not delivered within 7 days of payment being received by us. If your order has not arrived within the expected time, you should contact us. However please be aware that delivery times vary dependent upon shipping destination. Once your order has been dispatched, parcel delivery is outside the control of Robyn Lee Tea. We will however endeavor to help you if you have not received your package.
If for any reason we are unable to dispatch items for which payment has been received for more than 30 days, the items will be deemed abandoned. In this event, you agree that Robyn Lee Tea is released from any liability whatsoever in respect of your purchase. Reasons whereby items will be deemed abandoned may include:
- An incorrect delivery address has been provided. - Legitimate additional shipping charges have not been paid by the purchaser despite our email request.
We warrant that any goods purchased through the Robyn Lee Tea Website are of satisfactory quality and fit for its intended purpose. We do not warrant, guarantee or make any representation:
That Robyn Lee Tea Online Shopping will be uninterrupted or free of error;
In relation to the accuracy, reliability or content of any information that may be obtained from the use of Robyn Lee Tea Online Shopping;
- That Robyn Lee Tea Online Shopping or the Content, or the server that makes the Robyn Lee Tea Online Shopping available on the WWW are free of software viruses;
- That the functions contained in any software contained on Robyn Lee Tea Online Shopping or the Content will operate uninterrupted or are error-free; or
- That errors and defects in Robyn Lee Tea Online Shopping or the Content will be corrected.
- To the full extent permitted by law we exclude and disclaim any other express or implied warranties, guarantees or representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, timeliness or otherwise of any information contained or referred to on through the Robyn Lee Tea Website or the Content.
You will at all times indemnify, keep indemnified, defend and hold harmless Robyn Lee Teaand its respective officers, employees and agents (Those Indemnified), from and against any loss (including reasonable legal costs and expenses) or liability incurred by any of Those Indemnified arising from any claim, demand, suit, action or proceeding by any person against any of Those Indemnified where such loss or liability arose out of, in connection with or in respect of any breach of these Terms by you, and or use of the material and or information supplied by you under these Terms.
Termination of Access
We may terminate access to Robyn Lee Tea Online Shopping at any time without giving any explanation or justification for the termination of access, and we shall have no liability for any costs, losses or damages of any kind arising as a consequence of terminating access to the Online Shop.
All dealings with Robyn Lee Tea will be subject to and interpreted under governing laws in the state of New South Wales in Australia without reservation and by purchasing from this website, you agree to this.
Nothing said by any sales person on behalf of Robyn Lee Tea should be understood as a variation of these terms and conditions or as an authorised representation about the nature or quality of any goods offered for sale by us. With the exception of fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation we shall have no liability for any such representations being untrue or misleading.
We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock outs and other internal disputes breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.
If any part of these Terms is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these terms will not be affected.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
Robyn Lee Tea reserves the right to vary these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice. All sales are deemed subject to the Terms and Conditions in place at the time of the sale.
