Shipping & Returns


Australian orders are usually shipped within two business days, unless the items is out of stock. If the item is out of stock we will contact you to let you know the expected date it will be in stock. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.  Items available for international shipping may take 4-5 days before being shipped. 

There are two shipping options available for most orders -- Parcel Post/Courier or Express Post.  If you urgently require an item by a certain date, please contact us so we can help coordinate shipping.  It is always best to over-estimate shipping times so as to avoid any unpleasant delays.  While we do all we can to ensure your shipment arrives safely and on time, some circumstances are outside of our control.

Delays and Lost Packages

There may be substantial shipping delays for items posted over the Christmas/New Year period, please make allowances for this. 

If a shipment is delayed or does not reach you, please be aware that once we lodge a lost package form Australia Post requires a 30-day wait before they declare the parcel lost. Until this happens we are not able to receive any insurance payments or refunds on shipping. All packages sent receive a tracking number, if the tracking number shows the item has been delivered we are no longer responsible for the item.

What to do if you think a parcel is lost:  Here are a few simple steps to take if you have not received your package within a reasonable amount of time:

  • Let us know, confirming your shipping address
  • Contact your local post office to see if the package is waiting for you there
  • Check with neighbors and those you live with to see if it was delivered but has not been passed on

As soon as we receive notification that a parcel is lost we will immediately lodge a complaint, but as stated above it does take time for the post office or courier service to look into it.

Returns & Exchanges

We guarantee your satisfaction with all Robyn Lee Tea purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order to arrange for a return and refund your money upon receiving the return merchandise. Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging.

Shipping Refund
We will refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

Please allow 7 days (upon receiving return items) for your credit card to be credited in case of a refund.
