Introducing Daisajan Assam black tea (STGFOP 1 CL TPY, 2ND FLUSH 2013)
Daisajan is located in the Tinsukia district of the Assam state in India. This Assam tea has leaves that are long, slightly twisted leaves including the tip. As far as taste, it is full and malty — a great choice if you also enjoy the full taste of coffee. While a dark tea, it is very smooth to drink.
Brew using boiling water, and steep for 3 minutes. If you are planning on adding milk to the tea, you may want to experiment with steeping for a little longer, for example 3-4 minutes.
